TumbonaPro presta el Servicio "tal cual" (as is). No ofrece garantías respecto a disponibilidad ininterrumpida, funcionamiento sin errores o resultados comerciales.
Limitación de responsabilidad
TumbonaPro, BijlTech y Charles Bijl no son responsables de: cumplimiento fiscal (IVA, IRPF, etc.), normativas locales, errores o pérdida de datos, daños económicos, fallos técnicos de terceros (Firebase, Google, Netlify) ni interrupciones del negocio. La responsabilidad total se limita a lo pagado en los últimos 3 meses.
Fuerza mayor
TumbonaPro no será responsable de daños por fuerza mayor: fallos de internet, cortes eléctricos, ciberataques, desastres naturales, pandemias o medidas gubernamentales.
Responsabilidad del Usuario
El Usuario es total y exclusivamente responsable de: correcta liquidación de impuestos, cumplimiento de normativa aplicable, seguridad de credenciales, exactitud de datos y protección de datos de clientes conforme al RGPD.
Uso profesional
El Servicio está destinado exclusivamente a uso profesional y empresarial.
Precios
Tarifa por hamaca alquilada u otros acuerdos comerciales. Modificación de tarifas con preaviso de 30 días.
Legislación aplicable
Legislación neerlandesa. Disputas: tribunales de los Países Bajos.

TumbonaPro levert de Dienst op basis van "as is". Geen garanties voor ononderbroken beschikbaarheid, foutloos functioneren of commerciële resultaten.
Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking
TumbonaPro, BijlTech en Charles Bijl zijn niet aansprakelijk voor: naleving belastingwetgeving (IVA etc.), lokale regelgeving, fouten of dataverlies, financiële schade, technische storingen bij derden (Firebase, Google, Netlify) of bedrijfsstilstand. Totale aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot betaald bedrag laatste 3 maanden.
Overmacht
TumbonaPro is niet aansprakelijk voor schade door overmacht: internetstoringen, stroomuitval, cyberaanvallen, natuurrampen, pandemieën of overheidsmaatregelen.
Verantwoordelijkheid Gebruiker
De Gebruiker is volledig verantwoordelijk voor: correcte belastingafdracht, naleving van alle wetgeving, beveiliging inloggegevens, juistheid van gegevens en bescherming klantgegevens conform AVG/GDPR.
Professioneel gebruik
De Dienst is uitsluitend bedoeld voor professioneel en zakelijk gebruik.
Prijzen
Vergoeding per verhuurde hamaca of andere afspraken. Tariefwijziging met 30 dagen opzegtermijn.
Toepasselijk recht
Nederlands recht. Geschillen bij de Nederlandse rechter.

No warranties
TumbonaPro provides the Service on an "as is" basis. No warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or commercial results.
Limitation of Liability
TumbonaPro, BijlTech and Charles Bijl are not liable for: tax compliance (IVA, IRPF, etc.), local regulations, errors or data loss, financial damages, third-party technical failures (Firebase, Google, Netlify) or business interruption. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.
Force majeure
TumbonaPro is not liable for damages caused by force majeure: internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, pandemics or governmental measures.
User Responsibility
The User is fully responsible for: correct tax payments, compliance with applicable law, safeguarding credentials, accuracy of data and protection of customer data under GDPR.
Professional use
The Service is intended exclusively for professional and business use.
Pricing
Fee per rented lounger or other commercial agreements. Price changes with 30 days notice.
